THE CITY OF FLORENNCE IYALY

The city of Florence Italy

In March 2015 Helen and I travelled and stayed in the heart of  the most  wonderful historic  city.  Where you walk the streets and stand in the places of the grates as •Titian, Venus of Urbino, Pontormo, Benvenuto Cellini, El Greco,  •Filippino Lippi, and the grate  •Michelangelo, a particle favourite of mine. A most enlightened and interesting, flamboyant  and amazing artist and much, much, more.

To walk up the threw the building the museum and see David from a fare my hard began to pump and an excitement began that as I got near bordered on the overwhelming, to see such a thing of wonder and  beauty and perfusion as all his art takes my breath away.  Florence for me is the most amazing city I have ever walked around, almost every turning history lays before you, it unfolds and that which I had read about came to life and I could touch it see it experience it.

I would recommend that just once in your life you visit this one city, you will not be disappointed.

The Hotels are nice and the people friendly and helpful, we went just before the season which I would recommend, as out of session you do not have to put up with long waits in queues to get into the Muslimas and such. As apparently its gets very, very crowded in high session.

I have not put the Photos in any order, but in two lots, Helens Photos and then my photos

I hope you enjoy and  Thanks for looking .
